The COVID-19 pandemic event caused a great stop in cultural activities, museum, art places, exhibitions, had to stop or strongly reduce their functions for long periods to accomplish the safety rules to contain and limit the contagions. In this odd situation, the increment of Online activities rose up in a significant way, proposing a new digital environment to keep “open” the (at least virtual) access to these important places. From the virtual tour reinterpretation to new options for presenting and accessing, the world started to have an extremely enriched offer of digital twins of the world heritage with a significant increase of the digital heritage “treasure”. At the end of 2021 it will be useful and pleasant, to sum up, experiences and check results and the lesson learned from this horrible, but formative, period. So, all the contributions about subjects developed and/or published during 2020 and 2021 are welcome in presenting an abstract in this session. The preferred contents will be those projects aimed to disseminate and present Cultural/Built Heritage and Museum basing their structure on Virtual Tours. Virtual Spaces, Virtual collections, Movies, MOOCs, Virtual, Augmented and Extended Realities, Websites with innovative features, and other solution mixing 3D models, graphic and quality contents.

Send us your submission until September 3, 2021
