Information for participants ON SITE

    • Accommodation: There are still rooms available – our hotels are near the City Hall
    • Covid-19 Prevention: Your safety is important to us
         (if you have questions please contact us)
    • Lunch: We offer two different menus in the City Hall (vegetarian and with meat).
         Due to the Covid measures, it would be nice if you stay in the City hall during
         the lunch breaks as well.
    • Eco-Event: Our environment is important to us
    • Information about the location:
         Entrance: Felderstraße 1, 1010 Vienna
         Entrance for exhibitors: Next door on the right of Felderstraße 1, 1010 Vienna
         The City Hall is within walking distance from the recommended hotels. Also you can    take tram lines 1, D, 71 or U2Z (station: Rathausplatz/ Burgtheater), tram line 2    (station: Rathaus) or bus 13A (+10 minutes walk).
         Please note: The underground line U2 currently does not take you to the City Hall.

Social Events ON SITE

Opening Event: Tuesday, 2 November

  • Change of the location: We will stay inside the lecture rooms
  • Change of time: We start at 6pm (after the presentations)
    •  

Conference Dinner: Wednesday,  3 November

 
Informal Farewell: Thursday, 4 November

  • Restaurant Blunzenstricker:
       Located in the 16. district (about 20 minutes from the City Hall)
  • Time: 7:30pm
       Please register: submission@chnt.at and also tell us how many places you need)
  • Drinks: The first drink is paid by the District representation.
       Afterwards (sorry) you have to pay by yourself 
  • Special menue: If you need translation please ask us
