• End of Call for papers, short papers (round tables), posters, apps and science slam:     July 30, 2021  extended : September 3, 2021
• Notification of speakers and presenters: 
     September 13, 2021
• Registration and payment for speakers and presenters until: 
     October 27, 2021
  
• End of Early bird registration and payment: 
     October 15, 2021 (extended October 22, 2021)
• PDF-Delivering for Poster Presentation: 
     Oktober 10, 2021
• PPDF/PPP-Delivering for on-site presentations: 
     Oktober 22, 2021
• Recording-Delivering for virtual speakers: 
     Oktober 22, 2021

 

Format of the presentations

• Session: 20 minutes (including discussion)
• Round Table: 5-10 minutes

    For your presentation you can use Power Point Presentations (PPP) or PDF     (16:9) files. For the on-site presentations, we would prefer PPP. A template
    for the presentations will not be provided.

 

• On-site presentation: 
Please send your presentation (PPP or PDF) to    submission@chnt.at  by 22 October (10 days before the start of the conference).
     Please note: The presentation you send us will be shown to the online participants. If     you change your presentation in the short term, the online participants will see the old    version that you sent us.

• Online presentation: 
Please send us a video of your presentation as a back-up
     by 22 October (10 days before the conference starts). The video should show a
     recording of your presentation (PPP or PDF) in the background as well as yourself
     presenting and will be shown in case of connection problems.
     Such recordings can be made with ZOOM, for example.
