The paper stresses that we have to understand social action within the cultural change and both recognize and respects the diversity, dynamism and relevance of cultural heritage. We consider the relationship between social innovations and cultural process at an institutional level and within a truly a global context. Knowledge and techniques have come to be recognized as a precondition for progress – indeed, as a precondition for the very survival of culture and art of management of cultural heritage. It is an attempt to make sense of different manifestations of cultural policy in changing society. We would like to show the great mission of cultural heritage in social transformation of contemporary transitional states. Different of manifestations cultural heritage (historical symbols, monumental buildings, memorial places etc.) are important resource of social reforming and institutional development. In our study we use the structural and comparative methods of cultural development. It allows to focusing on the importance of material culture as a way of defining the humanistic essence of cultural heritage To achieve equality of all human beings and equal access to available cultural resources. Cultural heritage is necessary with education playing a vital role in peace creativity and intercultural integration.. Finally, we give suggestions how education in field of cultural heritage could serve for a sustainable development, intercultural reconciliation and peace building.
