Abstract
In the process of the Ukraine integration into the European Community the implementation of the archeological cadastre in the public European digital database of the cultural heritage objects is also very topical.
Today in Ukraine is launched processes of the real society consolidation; thereby the country is on the threshold of the breaking news. The process of systematization of the cultural heritage has been started on a common digital state resource. State Scientific Institute on Protection of Cultural Heritage Research (Kiev) together with activists, researchers forms a unified database of the cultural heritage objects.
Due to its geopolitical location at the crossroads of trade routes on the Ukraine territory there were hundreds of castes and fortresses until the beginning of the 20th century. Thus, Ukraine with its rich cultural heritage would be the missing puzzle in a picture of the historical heritage of the Europe and would lift the veil of secrecy over the Terra Incognita, located in the centre of Europe.
Presented objects of the west region of Ukraine, its most significant historical cultural places are following: Ancient settlements, Castles, Fortress, Fortified cities, Fortified churches, Fortified Catholic churches, Fortified synagogues, Fortified monastery.
In the process of the collection and working of the information should be definite the focus of the attention to the most important archaeological research in the region. The process of forming this unified database number of unpublished archeological studies would be available for public.
